Can you really build a website in one day?+
Yes. Our streamlined process, ready-built WordPress foundation and focused intake form let us skip the usual delays. Within 1 business day, we provide access to your working website for approval, which may be on a temporary domain. Ready for approval does not mean it is already live on your domain.
When does the one-day clock start?+
It starts once your project form is complete, all required materials are received and payment is received. Forms submitted after business hours begin the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
When will my website go live?+
Once you approve the site, it goes live within another 1 business day, provided domain setup and other required steps are complete. You can bypass the approval process to launch sooner for an additional fee; ask us to confirm availability, pricing and timing. Please see our terms and disclaimers.
What domain setup does the timeline assume?+
Timelines assume a brand-new domain with no existing website. Customers are required to point their domain’s nameservers to our servers using the instructions we provide. Domain propagation can affect when your site becomes visible. If you have an existing website, contact us to confirm the scope and timing. Please see our terms and disclaimers.
What do I need to provide?+
Just your answers to our project form: business details, services, contact info, and your logo and photos if you have them. Don’t worry about perfect wording — we’ll write the content for you.
Do I need my own domain and hosting?+
We provide affordable hosting for our clients and it’s FREE for the first year! You’ll need a domain name, and we can help you get started if you don’t have one. We’ll provide instructions for pointing its nameservers to our servers. Hosting renewal pricing will be confirmed before you get started.
Will my site work on phones and tablets?+
Absolutely. Every site is fully responsive and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop before delivery.
Is the site optimized for search engines?+
Yes. We set up clean page titles, meta descriptions, headings, fast loading and a sitemap so search engines can find you from day one.
Can I make changes after it’s delivered?+
Of course. Your package includes revision rounds, and since it’s WordPress, you can also edit text and images yourself any time.
Do I own the website?+
Yes — 100%. The site, content and domain belong to you. There’s no lock-in.
What if I need more pages or features later?+
WordPress grows with you. We can add pages, a blog, online booking, a store and more whenever you’re ready.
