Terms & disclaimers
The details behind your project.
Draft terms for this preview. This boilerplate must be reviewed and finalized before the live website accepts orders.
1. Services and project scope
Websites Within A Day provides WordPress website design and related services. Your agreed package and project confirmation determine the included pages, features and revisions. Additional work or services may require a separate quote.
2. One-day delivery means ready for approval
The standard timeline begins after we receive your completed project form, required materials and payment. Within 1 business day, we provide access to your website for approval, which may be on a temporary domain. This is not a promise that your website will be publicly live on your domain within that first business day.
Once you approve the site, we launch it within another 1 business day, provided domain setup and other required steps are complete. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Missing information, requested changes, delayed approval or technical dependencies may affect timing.
3. Optional approval bypass
You may request to bypass the approval process to launch sooner for an additional fee. Availability, the fee and the launch schedule must be confirmed with you before proceeding. Bypassing approval means authorizing launch without the standard pre-launch review; it does not remove domain or technical requirements.
4. Domain and nameserver requirements
Project timelines assume a brand-new domain with no existing website. You must have access to your domain account and point your domain’s nameservers to our servers using the instructions we provide. Domain propagation and third-party delays can affect when the site becomes visible. Existing websites, transfers and email configurations require review and may need additional time or separately agreed work.
5. Hosting
We provide affordable hosting for our clients, free for the first year. Renewal pricing, included resources and any ongoing service terms will be confirmed before purchase. Domain registration and other third-party products are not represented as included unless stated in your project agreement.
6. Ownership and supplied materials
Your site, your content, your domain. You own it all, and you are provided access to update your site. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock imagery remain subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for having permission to use the materials you provide and for checking the accuracy of your business information.
7. Payments, changes and cancellations
Prices, payment requirements, revision allowances and cancellation or refund conditions will be specified in your project agreement before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope may affect cost and timing. Nothing in these draft terms limits applicable consumer rights.
8. General disclaimers and questions
We apply website performance and on-page SEO best practices, but do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales or business results. Third-party services and internet availability are outside our control. Final service terms and any applicable limitations must be confirmed before ordering.
